Anything in Mindbody (a new client, a booking, a sale, a renewal) flows into GoHighLevel within seconds. Going the other way, you tag a GoHighLevel contact to push it to Mindbody, where it updates an existing client or creates a new one. You control what syncs back.

Client profiles sync both ways, including custom and contact fields, and bookings made through GoHighLevel calendars are pushed into Mindbody. Everything else (visits, sales, services, memberships, contracts and enrolments) flows one way, from Mindbody into GoHighLevel, where it lands in calendars and custom objects ready for automation.

Sync matches on email and name first, with phone as a backup. Exact matches update the existing contact; near-matches go through extra checks before anything new is created. The matching is deliberately careful, because real-world data is messy. Family accounts work properly too: relatives can share an email or phone and still sync as separate people; contracts and payments sit with the payer, while classes, visits and bookings track on each member.

They still sync; the phone number becomes the unique identifier. If both email and phone are missing, the profile waits to one side until one of them is filled in.

Every active client imports when Sync goes on, along with around 90 days of sales and visit history; the window your win-backs, renewals and dashboards actually run on. From go-live, everything new syncs in real time, so the record only deepens from there.

Yes. Sync runs monitored, queue-based processing with a nightly reconciliation check, and handles marketing consent field by field. It reads and moves data only; your Mindbody Payments setup and client billing are never touched.

Yes. If a client opts out of marketing emails or texts in Mindbody, GoHighLevel sees the change and stops including them automatically. No manual list-scrubbing, and no risk of consent drifting out of step between the two systems.

Yes. Attribution is recorded against the opportunity rather than overwritten on the contact, so a client’s later bookings keep their own source. Your website forms can feed the same fields by webhook. And our booking widgets track events to Meta and Google out of the box.
